The KC-220FF 100Base-FX Multimode-Single Mode Media Converter Series is designed to provide transparent media conversion between multimode fiber media and single mode fiber media. It can be used to extend the connection distance between two fiber optic devices by converting the mode type of the fiber media with no performance degradation. The KC-220FF Series is an ideal solution to connect networks on different floors, separate buildings and to extend distances etween servers and workgroups up to a maximum of 50 kilometers in a fullduplex networking environment.
